Nicola Perkins FCIPD 

Nicola is the Founder and Director of NSP HR Solutions. She is a very experienced HR professional and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, with more than 25 years' experience working in people management in both private and public sector organisations. She believes in providing a personal, high quality service delivering all HR Support packages and Coaching & Mentoring services herself. 

Nicola is passionate about supporting SME Businesses, Charities and Education Leaders and HR professionals through tailoring HR support packages that deliver tangible business improvements and value for money. Her mantra 'For Solutions You Can Trust' encapsulates  her focus on quality, dependability and integrity.

Nicola has particular expertise in:

For 16 years, Nicola was a senior HR leader in Further Education, She played a pivotal part in the successful merger of 2 FE colleges, leading on  all HR aspects of post-merger integration and transformation. She has an open and consultative style, and strong relationship building skills and has developed high performing teams with well-honed coaching and mentoring skills.

In her early career, Nicola worked for a global automotive systems supplier for 9 years where she was trained in Kaizen and total quality management. She is logical and analytical and applies these skill to re-design HR processes and systems to deliver smarter ways of working in environments where resources are stretched. 

Nicola lives in South Wales and travels regularly throughout the UK support clients in both the private, public and third sectors. 

She enjoys walking her labrador dog on the cliffs of Gower, and has a particular love of owls!
